Starburst Theatre School now provides students with the opportunity to sit Musical Theatre examinations with the London College Of Music. For those sitting grade 6,7 and 8, this means more UCAS points!

 In March 2011, 3 students were entered as a trial basis to see if this examination would be suitable for our school. All 3 students passed with distinction, in grades 3, 6 and 8 - well done!

It's results time again! In June 2011, 12 students were entered in Musical Theatre Examinations with LCM. 8 distinctions, 2 merits and 2 passes from 1 x grade 1, 1 x grade 4, 2 x grade 5, 5 x grade 6 and 3 x grade 8. Well done!

Because Starburst meets for 30 weeks from September to May, the best time to sit the examinations is June. This gives the opportunity for students to have some private tuition near the time of their exams.

Good luck to all 12 sitting their exam on Monday 13th June.
